What is the promotion?

Who is the promotion open to?

The promotion is open to [UK] residents aged 18 years and over excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
This is a consumer promotion only and not open to retailers or wholesalers.

How do I claim?

Scan QR code on in-store Point-of-Sale (POS) or visit [whiskas.co.uk/moneyback] at least 14 days after purchase to register your details, choose payment method, upload receipt and tell us how to improve the product in a minimum of 15 words.

When can I claim?

Submit your claim for any qualifying purchases. See instore for details on promotional dates. Promotional dates differ between retailers. Campaign end date and final date to claim is 23 May 2023.
Remember to make claim at least 14 days after purchase date.
Claims received after the Claim Period closing date will not be accepted and will not be considered as valid.

How can I receive my payment?

Valid claims will receive a refund by PayPal or Bank Transfer as determined by the claimant when making their claim. Please allow up to 28 days for receipt from receipt of a valid claim.

I’ve made a claim but not received an email?

Sorry to hear that. Please check your junk / spam folders for email but if not, please contact whiskas@promotioncustomerservices.com using the email address you claimed with, so that we can investigate.
